Molly has been practicing yoga for seven years, and during difficult times, has found that a consistent yoga practice is wonderfully grounding and helps to provide all-important perspective. According to Molly, the heart of yoga is in linking breath with movement—when your vinyasa becomes a moving meditation. She believes that yoga can be a powerful tool for transformation for people of all ages and physical abilities.
Off of her mat, Molly enjoys spending time with her family, gardening and running. She will be wrapping up her 200 hour yoga teacher certification at Day Yoga Studio in July 2015.
