For total mind, body and spirit balancing enjoy a practice that flows seamlessly through gentle sun salutations into yang poses (muscles active) into yin poses (muscle relaxed) using deep breathing to ease the body through the practice and release tensions held deep within the body. Pranayama (breathing techniques) and meditation will be taught. Modifications of poses will also be offered to accommodate participants of any level.
