After a long, hard week, this hot restorative class is a great way to start your Saturday. The studio is heated between 90-95 degrees. We begin with a warming and heart-opening yang practice to allow prana or energy to begin flowing in the body. Most of the class, we focus on yin poses held longer to allow muscles and connective tissues to release, stretch and lengthen helping to relax the deepest layers of the body. We end with a guided meditation that will leave you feeling peaceful, balanced and revitalized.
