Join us in this series class of 26 poses in which half of them are done twice in the 75 minutes. The first set of each single pose is always held longer then the second set with a small break in between. The practice starts with a pranayama breathing in the beginning and ending with Kapalabhati breathing. This class is appropriate for everyone from beginners to advanced practitioners. Since the poses are held longer there is a focus on alignment and lines of energy. Each pose in the series is set up individually verses our flow based classes.
