Join us during the month of June for our annual 21 Day Yoga Challenge! The Challenge will begin on June 4th and run until Jun 24th. During this time participants will attend one class each day at our studio. These include any open or series class, or yoga based workshops and events, but they must take place at any Day Yoga Studio location. If you already practice yoga this is your chance to take it to another level with a daily practice with our amazing teachers in a comfortable and supportive environment. If you are completely new to yoga this an opportunity to explore the endless benefits of a regular yoga practice. Our teachers and staff are here to cheer you on and offer guidance along the way.
How it Works:
Sign up anytime before or on June 4th. There is a one-time registration fee of $10 which includes a free t-shirt upon successful completion of the 21 days. The purchase of classes during the challenge is separate from the registration fee and we recommend purchasing our Monthly Unlimited Pass or our Special 30 Class Summer Pass to use for open classes during the challenge. All classes must be attended at Day Yoga Studios during the 21 day period to be counted in the challenge. We will have challenge boards up at our studios where your name will be marked each day you come into practice.
