In this two hour workshop we will explore the prenatal practice in a whole new way using our partners to cultivate a sense of trust, connection and faith in the birth process. You will learn tools for engaging with the experience of labor as well as postures & poses advantageous for birth. Above all this is a fun and new way to connect with your partner on the journey of bringing new life into the world. "Partner" does not need any yoga experience and can be anyone from baby's father to friend, family member or birth support person.
Cost: $50 per couple.
