Postnatal Yoga Teacher Training

November 10 to November 11

November 10 1:30-5:30

November 11 8:00-12:00, 2018

 

In this one day training students will learn how to create and lead a class Mommy and me style class for newborns to crawlers. The class will incorporate yoga for both Mom and baby as well has massage techniques to encourage digestion and sleep for the bundle of joy. An interactive style to the class encourages baby engagement the full time.

Alleviate areas of tension and discomfort in the postnatal body and regain strength in the core

Promote bonding with baby - Help mom with techniques to alleviate upset bellies and promote sleep in baby

Yoga Teachers are eligible for 8 contact CEU's with this training.

 

Cost: $150

 

Prerequisite:

Six month yoga practice, preferably already teaching yoga
