Join Devon Schmidt in this relaxing Restorative Yoga Nidra Workshop where we will allow our body and mind to heal, restore and find balance. We will start with a practice of Restorative Yoga, holding poses for up to 15 minutes using the aid of props to support the body and allow the body to fully relax and ease away stress. Reiki and aromatherapy will be offered during the class to enhance the benefits. The class will end with Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation that provides a deep state of relaxation. Please bring an eye pillow if you have one. Registration is required to reserve your spot.
