Sara has been practicing yoga since high school, but became a more serious practitioner when searching for a solution for back pain in 2008. As often happens, the physical practice of yoga grew into a deeper search for spiritual awareness. Following her admissions to practice law in Ohio and Kentucky, Sara decided to “reward” herself by participating in the 200 RYT program through Move Your Hyde Power Yoga in Cincinnati in 2014. Only intending to advance her own practice, Sara was surprised to find how much she loved instructing. She is constantly amazed at how the power and strength within us can be revealed by connecting the body and mind through breath.
