My Name is Neal Craft. I have been doing yoga since 2012. I started doing yoga to help with an injury from weight lifting and to better help with my flexibility for martial arts. I have been doing martial arts for over 20 years so I have always been stretching. While doing my teacher training I notice that I have had some involvement with yoga in some form. So in a way yoga has effected my life almost as much as martial arts has. It has been with me all this time but I didn't realize it till recently. I want to help others with my yoga. I want to help athletes maintain their strength and flexibility for their sports. I want to help people become stronger and realize their true greatness. I want people to realize they were not meant to sit around on the couch but to move, shake up things, live, and be brilliant. I love the saying "You’re a ghost driving a meat coated skeleton made from stardust. What do you have to be afraid of?” I want my students to get that feeling from my class at least for a little bit.
