COVID-19 Policy Changes

-Please register in advance for all classes- in person and LiveStream. This allows us to limit contact during check in and also guarantees your spot for class. Due to our classes being limited in size for social distancing we cannot guarantee your spot will be available if you drop in without registering. If you're new to using MINDBODY please call the studio and we can help you get access to your online account.

-If you register for an in person class and you don't show, you will lose your class credit and if you have a monthly unlimited or annual pass you will have to pay the drop in fee. Please de-register or notify the studio at least 3 hours before if you aren't attending a class so that we can open up your spot to someone else. Since we cannot hold the same amount of students in classes it's important that you show up so that we can pay our teachers for their time and we can allow another student to attend. If you don't show for a LiveStream class you will not be charged.

-We're continuing to offer LiveStream classes in addition to in person classes to give you the flexibility to practice how you want not just during this time but long term. Be sure to check the schedule carefully to make sure you register for the right class. All LiveStream classes are marked in the class name.

-Many of our teachers are out of town next week so we are starting with a slightly condensed schedule but you will see many more offerings in June.

-If you're sick or have come into contact with someone that has covid-19 please stay home.

-Enter into the main entrance for all classes at all studios. At Brown you will exit out the marked side door. At Beavercreek please distance yourself apart in the lobby. At Vandalia please wait to enter until there are no more than two people in the lobby at a time.

-When you arrive to the studio please use the hand sanitizer that is available in the lobby of all of our locations.

-Please take your shoes off in the lobby before heading back to the prop rooms. Do not walk all the way back with your shoes on so that we can keep the floors as clean as possible.

-We are no longer using the paper sign in sheets. When you arrive please check in at the lobby and your teacher or staff member will sign you in.

-Our teachers and staff will be wearing masks during check in and when in the common areas. We ask that if you're able to wear one that you also do for check in. Our teachers will not be wearing them while teaching and no one is required during yoga practice.

-We're marking the floors with tape so you know where to put your mat on to keep students 6ft apart.

-We will be sanitizing surfaces between classes including the front desk, door handles, practice floors, and cubbies.

-We will be sanitizing all props after classes with a UV sanitizing wand. Blankets will be washed between uses.

-We're not renting out mats during this time. Please bring your own.

-Even though we're sanitizing all props we encourage you to bring your own props if you have them. We have extra props and mats on hand at all our studios in the retail area for purchase.

-Many of our classes that used to be 75 minutes are now 60 minutes to allow the teacher to have time to clean the studio and sanitize the props after class.

-As much as we love to hang out with some of you and chat after class we ask that when class is over that you exit the building. This will allow the teacher to have time to clean the studio.
