“I started practicing yoga in 2010 in Anchorage, Alaska. My first class was a hot class, and I’ll admit I first tried it out for free heat. I fell in love and have been practicing ever since. I love the challenge and balance it brings to my life. I completed training in 2019 through Day Yoga and have gravitated toward a functional vs form approach to yoga. My goal in class is to create a fun and safe space to explore postures and poses.
