Liana Scott is a former Kundalini Yoga, QiGong practice and Chinese Image Medicine practitioner. In 2018 she moved from Asia to CA, USA and shortly after settled down in Ohio. In 2021 she finished a 200h YTT course here in DayYoga studio and started teaching yoga right away. Since then she tried teaching all types of yoga throughout a year as much as she could to get a deeper understanding of Ohio demographics and how to work with each age group.
Being deeply passionate about her practice she loves to add a lot of creative artistic moments into her flows, when it comes to Power yoga; some breath work from her kundalini practice into her Gentle yoga classes; makes a well rounded classes when teaching Hatha yoga; pays attention to the breath work when doing Detox classes; always gives a lot of time for stretching and syncing with your bodies needs at the end of each class.
She invites affirmations and manifestations into her yoga practice, monitoring the growth and achievements of her students.
