Lisa Neff has been practicing yoga for over 10 years. Her practice inspired her to change careers and become a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in 2012. She earned her RYT-200 in 2014. She credits yoga with helping her to overcome depression and anxiety as well as losing weight and keeping it off. Lisa saw the connections between yoga (non-violence) and health and diet and decided to become vegetarian in 2008, and a year later, vegan. She loves to read, hike in the woods, and travel to Florida. She has two “fur babies” at home currently but dreams of moving to a farm and having lots of animals.
