Ayurveda is an ancient tradition that has been passed down by word of mouth over thousands of years. It is a way of living that brings harmony to the body, mind and spirit. Each of us can reclaim our health and wellness by understanding how to live in harmony with nature and our own elemental make up. This workshop will cover doshas, elements, prakruti vs vikruti, a healthy ayurvedic diet for each dosha, healthy lifestyle practices (including yoga) and Dinacharya, daily routine for optimal health and balance. All are welcome for this workshop. Please dress comfortably and prepared to move and practice body yantras, yoga, and restorative postures.
