This is an open class on the first Thursday of every month
If you've always wanted to run but never thought you could, this is the time. This walk-run class incorporates two great things that go great together- yoga and running. Yogis will meet at Day Yoga studio for a thirty minute run/walk outside, ending back at Day Yoga Studio for a yoga practice geared towards recovery from your run. Your fellow yogis will cheer you on and keep you motivated during each session and you'll be encouraged to push yourself through each run.
In case of heavy rain, there will be inside yoga practice instead.
