Join us during the month of July for our annual 21 Day Yoga Challenge! The Challenge will begin on July 8th and run until July 28th. During this time participants will attend one class each day either livestream or at our studios. These include any open or series class, or yoga based workshops and events. If you already practice yoga this is your chance to take it to another level with a daily practice with our amazing teachers in a comfortable and supportive environment. If you are completely new to yoga this an opportunity to explore the endless benefits of a regular yoga practice. Our teachers and staff are here to cheer you on and offer guidance along the way.
How it Works:
Sign up anytime before or on July 8th. It's free to sign up for the challenge but participants will need to purchase a class pass to attend classes. We recommend purchasing our Monthly Unlimited Pass or our Special 30 Class Summer Pass to use for open classes during the challenge. All classes must be attended either through our livestream, Brown Street or Beavercreek locations during the 21 day period to be counted in the challenge. We will have a virtual challenge boards where your name will be marked each day you come into practice.
Included in the 21 Day Yoga Challenge:
A private Facebook group will be created to offer support and motivation during your 21 days.
A virtual challenge board to keep track of your days and keep you accountable.
All participants that complete the challenge will have their names entered in our raffle for a Day Yoga gift basket featuring Day Yoga swag.
And best of all you'll feel great after those 21 days of consistent practice!
