During the Summer Solstice, we experience the longest day of the year and celebrate the return of the summer in the Northern Hemisphere. It is a time to honor the light of the sun, as well as the light within yourself before the days begin to gradually shorten.
In this experiential workshop, we will come together for a relaxing evening to celebrate the Summer Solstice and explore the benefits of aromatherapy during a special restorative yoga practice, meditation, and reflection to honor your wonderful light.
You will have the opportunity to learn about these powerful little drops of nature while experiencing their benefits. The aromatherapy offered during this experience will incorporate frankincense essential oil to promote glowing energy and vitality, as well as lavender and orange essential oils to support relaxation and happiness. You will also receive a gift to bring the practice and the celebration of your light home.

About the Instructor:
Emily Kretzer is a Level 2 Certified Aromatherapist and a Certified C-IAYT Yoga Therapist with a passion for helping individuals experience the healing benefits of yoga and essential oils. Emily discovered the benefits of essential oils while searching for ways to create natural self-care and cleaning products and relieve stress. Her curiosity grew into a desire to share these powerful little drops of nature with others. She is excited to continue her Aromatherapist training in 2023. She is passionate about the power of nature to support wellness and honoring the wheel of the year.
