Brahmana (Energizing Effect)
Help yourself or your students to wake up, feel alert, focused and have the energy needed for the day ahead. This ParaYoga master class will explore back-bending and lateral postures, breath-work, as well as a shavasana and meditation technique to produce an ENERGIZING effect.
Saturday March 20, 4-6pm
Langhana (Calming Effect)
Help yourself or your students to quite the mind, calm down and turn inward. This ParaYoga master class will explore forward bending postures, hip openers, break-work, as well as a shavasana and meditation technique to produce a CALMING energetic effect.
Sunday March 21, 9am-12pm
Samana (Balancing Effect)
Help yourself or your students to improve digestion and nutrient assimilation, as well as integrate information and life experiences with ease. The ParaYoga master class will explore twisting postures, break-work, as well as a shavasana and meditation technique to produce a BALANCING energetic effect.
Cost: Full Weekend if registered by Feb 26th- 100; $125 thereafter
Single Sessions available:
Saturday Morning Brahmana: $40 if registered by Feb 7th, $50 thereafter
Saturday Evening Langhana: $30 if registered by Feb 7th, $40 thereafter
Sunday Morning Samana: $40 if registered by Feb 7th, $50 thereafter
