Join us to learn how to make your own malas! A mala (beaded tassel necklace) can be incorporated into your meditation or yoga practice and traditionally has 108 beads. We will learn about the meaning and symbolism behind a mala while we make our own.
Materials and various stones will be provided so you can personalize your mala and bring more meaning your yoga and meditation practice. There will be enough materials for each person to make one traditional 108 beaded mala as well as a smaller bracelet size that can be easier for wrist wearing.
A variety of herbal teas will be provided for you to enjoy and sip during your mala making afternoon.
