Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction is for folks who are interested in integrating mindfulness into day to day life even more:
*those with chronic or acute medical conditions exacerbated by stress.
*Professionals at risk for burnout or compassion fatigue (healthcare, education, law).
*Folks on a journey to reduce or eliminate anxiety and depression.
*Anyone already creating a well lifestyle and want to focus in on the mindfulness aspect of the path.
This course is a deep dive into integrating mindfulness into day to day life. You will come out of the course with improved stress reduction tools and insights into your stress cycles (including vulnerability, recognition, reacting, responding, and recovering).
This course is evidence based for depression relapse prevention (with CBT) , chronic pain management, improving quality of life with chronic medical conditions, and is an indispensable tool for managing or eliminating anxiety. It's also excellent for professionals who want to integrate mindfulness into their work with students, patients, or clients even more.
This course is highly experiential, provides robust support, and is a community learning environment. We are learning from the inside out.
Plan to spend 30-60 minutes each day on home practice for the course

Cost: $352 if paid and registered by July 1st; $392 thereafter

Course fee includes 22 hours of class time, audio recordings of practices, weekly email reminders and inspiration, workbook, between class contact with Nichole via email.
