Pregnancy is an amazing time of transformation and growth and a Prenatal Yoga practice supports your journey in a unique way. In community with other pregnant moms we will explore breath, meditation and yoga postures in ways that cultivate a deeper connection with your body, your spirit and your baby. No yoga experience necessary and you may begin at any stage of pregnancy. Build strength, inside and out as you prepare for birth and motherhood.
