Due the COVID-19 outbreak Yoga Alliance has temporarily revised guidelines allowing us to offer our Spring 200hr Yoga Teacher Training with remote learning. This means while we are all social distancing you will be able to train to be a certified yoga teacher online and from the safety and comfort of your own home! If you have always wanted to study to become a yoga teacher but were unable to do so in-person or wanted to finish in a shorter period of time, now is your chance with our intensive online program.
You will receive all the same quality curriculum you would receive from our in-person training. The training is taught through livestream and you will be able to see and communicate with your teacher, classmates and they can see you. Classes will be held daily from 9am-12pm but there will also be some longer weekends scheduled. About our Teacher Training Program
Interested in becoming a Day Yoga teacher or do you simply want to deepen your own personal practice? We offer a 200-hour Teacher Training Program recognized by Yoga Alliance. This Hatha based training will focus on Power Vinyasa, Gentle and Yin Yoga.
Yoga is a journey toward spiritual, mental and physical wellness. It is union, unfolding within and all around. The timeless teachings of yoga have not only survived through the ages but also thrived in this modern era. Through yoga, we are inspired to live simply and compassionately, dedicated to realizing our potential, our truth. The benefits are immeasurable…
Teaching yoga is a natural extension of your experience of it, rather you intend to teach in a classroom setting or simply by affecting others through how you live in harmony in your own life. As you learn and experience, you will grow and inspire those around you to come along on the journey.
The Day Yoga Foundational Yoga Teacher Training is a holistic and experiential approach to Hatha Yoga. We will explore multiple styles of asana as well as meditation and pranayama. Students will be exposed to a variety of yogic perspectives through numerous special guest yoga teachers.
