Join us for a 4-week yoga series designed to cultivate back health.
Back pain, especially pain in the low back, is one of the most common types of pain that we experience as a society. Yoga can help support back health and assist in the management of back pain. During this series class, students will practice and explore yoga asanas, breathing techniques, body awareness and relaxation exercises, as well as meditations to cultivate back health and support the release of back pain and tension
