Join Devon and Elizabeth for a yoga and lavender day retreat located on the beautiful property at Cedar Ridge Trails in Miamisburg, OH!
Our day retreat will include:
- A morning yoga session incorporating aromatherapy
- Lavender tea ceremony
- Create your own aromatherapy massage oil with a guided self massage
- Make your own unique lavender wreath
- U- Pick lavender to take home with you!
Lunch is included in the price. Please bring your yoga mat, water bottle and wear comfortable clothing.
About Your Hosts
Devon Schmidt, ERYT- 500, C-IAYT- Devon is owner of Day Yoga Studios. She is a knowledgable yoga instructor that has taught in the Dayton area for the past 15 years. She has also completed her level 1 Aromatherapy Certification with Aromatherapy Sanctuary.
Elizabeth Hulsman, ERYT- 500, Certified Clinical Master Aromatherapist- Elizabeth is owner of Aromatherapy Sanctuary and brings her expertise on working with essential oils to our day retreat! In addition she is a favorite yoga teacher in the Dayton area and currently teaches at Day Yoga Studio.

Cedar Ridge Trails welcomes you to our family-run, all natural farm to experience peaceful tranquility, growth and connection with nature, family and friends on our farm in Miamisburg, Ohio. Whether you join us in person or explore our handmade lavender and home products in our shop, we welcome you to feel at home.
Cost: $90 per person
* There is a $25 non-refundable deposit built into the cost of this retreat. There will be no refunds within 30 days of the retreat.
