Brown St Feb 9th, Vandalia Feb 6th. - This series of beginner's classes are perfect for those who have never done yoga before or even for those who have practiced but want to revisit the basics of yoga. Mats and props are provided. However, if you have your own mat we recommend bringing it.
Brown St. Wednesdays Starting Feb 3rd. Now an ongoing drop-in class! Learn a continuous, meditative movement practice that combines elements of both qigong and tai chi styles. Half of the class will be a warmup that combines gentle, powerful, fluid, dance-like movement; breath; and mindful awareness. Then we will progress to learning the form which is a combination of qigong, tai chi, and meditative movement.
Led by Ayurvedic Yoga Specialist, Melissa Brown, this gentle cleanse is a great way to start the Spring season off and get into (or back into!) healthy habits. March 19th
