This series of beginner's classes are perfect for those who have never done yoga before or even for those who have practiced but want to revisit the basics of yoga. Mats and props are provided. However, if you have your own mat we recommend bringing it. This is a 4 week series and registration is required. Please sign up in advance as space is limited.
This class is suitable for those completely new to yoga or those who have completed a Beginner's or Continuing Beginner's Yoga Series. Breath work and poses will be taught at a slower pace allowing students to build an understanding of the fundamentals of yoga.
