Our Yoga Sculpt classes are a fusion workout mixed with elements of yoga, pilates, dance, and strength training. These classes include high repetition of small insoliner movement which leave you feeling like you have worked every area of the body. Each class will include an arm portion, core strengthening, and legs done usually at the barre. Drop-in or use any of our class passes!
