Yoga therapy is different from other forms of yoga because the yoga therapist will assess the entire individual including health conditions and goals, ensuring a safe and effective practice. It's beneficial for various populations, including those recovering from injury, managing chronic illness, or seeking to enhance their mental health. It involves personalized yoga practices tailored to the individual’s specific needs and conditions, such as stress, anxiety, chronic pain, or mobility issues. Asana (yoga postures), breathwork, meditation, mudras, relaxation techniques and lifestyle recommendations will be tailored to meet your needs.
After each session you'll receive a follow-up email from your yoga therapist with customized practices and techniques for you to work on before your next session.
