Jeanine has been practicing yoga on and off for over 10 years, but it wasn't until 2007 that she revisited it and really learned the unlimited benefits that yoga provided for her. Yoga has helped her become a better person physically mentally, and spiritually. She has been teaching a vinyasa style yoga since 2008. For 4 years she has been volunteering at a local church once a week teaching a vinyasa style made for everyone's body, and instructing at a fitness club. As a mother of two while continuing her journey on completing her 200 RYT through YogaFit she went to a training for kids. She remembers thinking how great yoga could benefit her girls and other children. Previously being an elementary teacher before motherhood, she thought this could go hand and hand. In 2009, she began teaching kid yoga through her home and eventually in school. In 2010 she also had the opportunity guide school teachers through out the year. She has taught a wide range of ages from 3 to 80 and wouldn't have it any other way. "I love what I do. I have gotten more out of it than imaginable and I am still eager to learn more."
