General Policies
-Class passes are for open classes only. Series classes must be purchased separately.
-No refunds will be issued for class passes. Account credit will not be issued for any partially used class pass.
-Passes are non-transferrable
-It is our policy that the front door will be unlocked 15 minutes prior to the start time for a class. For many of our classes the doors are locked when class begins so please arrive shortly before the scheduled time.
-We accept cash and credit cards.
-Towels for hot classes and yoga mats are available for rental (free for members)
-There is a 3-month expiration on all class passes, not including monthly unlimited class passes. Monthly Unlimited Passes can be purchased anytime during a month and will expire 30 days from attending first class.
-Students may reactivate expired 5 or 10 class passes with the purchase of a new 5 or 10 class pass. Students who have remaining classes on an expired pass and were unaware of the pass expiration policy will be given a one-time pass extention in which to attend the remaining classes.
-We do not offer refunds, but returns for in-studio credit will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
**Monthly Unlimited with Auto Pay renewal will automatically deduct monthly payments from a credit card account, three-month minimum and signed contract required. 30 day notice (in writing) must be provided to opt out and refunds will not be issued once account has been debited.
***Students, Military, Seniors (65yrs or older) must buy in studio and present ID.

Class Registration & Cancellation Policy
Advance Registration Required: Please register in advance for all in-person and LiveStream classes to secure your spot.
Cancellation Policy: If you are unable to attend an in-person class, please cancel online at least 3 hours before to allow another student to take your spot. Do not contact the studio for cancellations. This must be done online.
Late Cancellations & No-Shows:
If you cancel less than 3 hours before class, you will lose your class credit or, for unlimited passholders, be charged a $10 late-cancel fee.
If you miss a LiveStream class, no fee will be charged.
No Exceptions: This policy applies to all situations, including vehicle issues, illness, and other unforeseen circumstances. If you experience a true emergency, please contact the studio, and we will assess on a case-by-case basis.

Waitlist Policy Info
If a class is full when you are attempting to register, our online system will prompt you to choose to add yourself to the waitlist.
If a spot opens up more than 3 hours before the class start time, you will move to the active roster and Mindbody will automatically notify you via email or text provided you have either of those features enabled. (If you have not enabled email and text notifications please do this!).
Once you are added to the class, normal registration policies go into effect which means you will need to de-register online to avoid losing your credit for the class (or being charged the $10 late/no show fee for unlimited passholders).
If you are still on the waitlist and a spot opens up within 3 hours of the start time, you will not be automatically placed into the class but we will make every effort to notify you so you can join.
