Next sessions: Brown St. Mar 3 (Tuesdays), Beavercreek Mar 5 (Thursdays), and Vandalia Mar 20 (Tuesdays) - This series of beginner's classes are perfect for those who have never done yoga before or even for those who have practiced but want to revisit the basics of yoga. Mats and props are provided. However, if you have your own mat we recommend bringing it.
Our Barre classes are a fusion workout mixed with elements of yoga, pilates, dance, and strength training. These classes include high repetition of small insoliner movement which leave you feeling like you have worked every area of the body. Each class will include an arm portion, core strengthening, and legs done usually at the barre. Drop-in or use any of our class passes!
