Our Barre classes are a fusion workout mixed with elements of yoga, pilates, dance, and strength training. These classes include high repetition of small insoliner movement which leave you feeling like you have worked every area of the body. Each class will include an arm portion, core strengthening, and legs done usually at the barre. Drop-in or use any of our class passes!
Starts Jun 7 at Brown St. During this series class, students will practice and explore yoga asanas, breathing techniques, body awareness and relaxation exercises, as well as meditations to cultivate back health and support the release of back pain and tension.
