Nov 11 Brown St. In this twelve hour Restorative Teacher Training we will explore ways to utilize props effectively so that students feel supported in every pose to promote deep relaxation. The benefits of each pose will be discussed as well as variations and modifications. We will also discuss how different body types or injuries may affect each student's experience in different poses and how to address situations that may arise.
Beginner's classes are perfect for those who have never done yoga before or for those who have practiced but want to revisit the basics of yoga. Check here for the latest info.
Our Barre classes are a fusion workout mixed with elements of yoga, pilates, dance, and strength training. These classes include high repetition of small insoliner movement which leave you feeling like you have worked every area of the body. Each class will include an arm portion, core strengthening, and legs done usually at the barre. Drop-in or use any of our class passes!
