Next sessions: Brown St. Jun 11 (Tuesdays), Beavercreek Jun 20 (Thursdays), and Vandalia Jun 11 (Tuesdays) - This series of beginner's classes are perfect for those who have never done yoga before or even for those who have practiced but want to revisit the basics of yoga. Mats and props are provided. However, if you have your own mat we recommend bringing it.
Join us during the month of July our annual 21 Day Yoga Challenge! During this time participants will attend one class each day at our studio. These include any open or series class, or yoga based workshops and events, but they must take place at either Day Yoga Studio location.

Aug 3-4 Brown St. Pranayama is the ancient practice of controlling the breath through specific breathing techniques. Prana means “life-force” and we will explore through various breathing practices how we can control, enhance and shift the prana or energy in the body. On the second day we will experience different meditation practices other than pranayama such as Mantra or Japa Meditation, Meditative Walk, Chakra, Gazing, (Trataka), Third Eye, Sound (Nada Yoga), Eye Gazing, Yoga Nidra, and more.
