Our Barre classes are a fusion workout mixed with elements of yoga, pilates, dance, and strength training. These classes include high repetition of small insoliner movement which leave you feeling like you have worked every area of the body. Each class will include an arm portion, core strengthening, and legs done usually at the barre. Modifications and variations will be offered making it appropriate for beginners to those that have more experience. If you already have a regular yoga practice or some other fitness practice you will find that barre is a nice complement to maintain strength and flexibility.

ATTENDANCE & RESERVATION POLICY:
-Due to the limited space available for each Barre class, we highly recommend pre-registration to guarantee your spot.
-If you do pre-register but will not be able to attend you must cancel or notify us no later than two hours before class time or you will be charged for the class.
-Drop-ins will be accepted depending on space available
