She incorporates the use of pranayama, meditation, music, chants, mantras, aromatherapy, and chakra energy work to help others open and connect to their inner peace, intuition, and authentic self. She believes that each and every one of us is a unique expression of the Divine.
Chris is a student called to serve the Bhakti Yoga tradition and the Yoga of Sound, a path of love, devotion, and musical energy work that truly transformed her life. Chris shares her song chants under the name, Deep Blue Ocean of Love. She believes that the ancient practice of chanting mantra offers us access to limitless, unconditional Love from the Source of All. These timeless prayers and mantra song vibrations are a powerful tool that shine the Light- revealing our innermost self and truth, opening our heart, and wrapping us in the loving embrace of universal, Sacred connection. This Love can change your life. This Love can change the world.
