Ayurveda means "the science of life" and considered by many scholars to be the oldest healing science. Ayurveda is a holistic approach to health that is designed to help people live long, healthy and balanced lives through diet and lifestyle. In this introductory workshop we will explore the basics of Ayurveda including your own unique dosha (individual constitution) and dinacharyas (daily routines) that can help promote overall balance and well being.
