As the fall season arrives, many of us experience restless sleep, heightened stress, and difficulty winding down. Join us for Restful Autumn Nights, a deeply grounding 90-minute workshop designed to support better sleep and nervous system balance during Vata season.
This experiential class weaves together gentle yoga, guided relaxation, and aromatherapy rituals rooted in Ayurveda and modern science. You’ll learn how calming scents and simple evening practices can help settle the mind, relax the body, and create a sense of ease before bedtime.
No prior yoga, Ayurveda, or aromatherapy experience needed—just come ready to rest, restore, and exhale.
