Deep Healing: A 90-Minute Restorative + Somatic Experience

From: 5:30 pm - 7:00 pm

Deep Healing is a 90-minute restorative and contemplative experience designed to support physical and emotional balance, reduce stress, and create space for greater inner awareness.

We’ll begin by exploring the things we swallow

The words we don’t say, the emotions we push down, the impulses we override, and the experiences we learn to carry - and how that holding can show up in the nervous system and the body.

From there, you’ll be invited into a deeply restorative practice blending gentle somatic exploration, restorative postures, breathwork, meditation, and moments for reflection and journaling.

Everything in this practice is invitational. You’ll be encouraged to listen to your own body and choose what feels right for you. You can move, rest, adjust, or simply notice. There’s nothing you have to do and no right way to experience the practice.

Held in a calm, quiet, and nurturing environment, this experience offers space to slow down, settle the nervous system, and reconnect with yourself.

This is an invitation to listen to what your body has been carrying and give yourself space to notice what emerges when you no longer have to hold quite so much.

Please bring a journal and pen and dress comfortably. Props will be provided, and you’re welcome to bring anything you know helps your body feel more comfortable or supported.

No previous yoga or somatic experience is needed.

Cost: $40; Members receive 15% off at the checkout.

*There will be no refunds within 7 start days of the workshop.
