Join yoga therapist Anna Molgard for an evening of deep rest and relaxation. Begin the evening learning simple Ayurvedic and self-massage techniques to release holding patterns in the body. Experience gentle movement practice designed to prepare the body for deep rest. Then relax into deep, supported restorative yoga postures, while receiving gentle Thai yoga touch and Ayurvedic marma point treatment to your head and feet. Close the evening with a soothing, guided meditation.
This is a perfect ending to your week and is appropriate for students of all levels.
