Kid Yoga is about having fun! Children will learn how to develop strength, flexibility, and coordination of mind, body, and spirit typically through music, games, laughter, animal poses, and stories. They will learn positive ways such as breathing and relaxation techniques to deal with day to day stresses in their lives. Kid Yoga can also help improve focus, raise self-esteem, build self-awareness, and release stress. These are only a few of the benefits that your child can take home with them, on or off the yoga mat. This is a 4 week series and registration is required.
Parents are welcome to drop off their kids or relax in our waiting area.
