Barre Classes at Day Yoga
Our Barre classes are a dynamic fusion of yoga, Pilates, dance, and strength training. Designed to sculpt and tone, each session features high-repetition, small isometric movements that leave you feeling like you've worked every muscle in your body. You can expect focused work on arms, core, and legs—often using the barre for balance and resistance.
These classes are accessible for all levels. Modifications and variations are always offered, making them suitable for beginners while still challenging for those with more experience. If you already have a consistent yoga or fitness practice, Barre is a fantastic complement to help maintain strength, stability, and flexibility.
Barre – Level 2
This class offers a more rigorous workout than our Level 1 class. Expect a faster pace, more advanced variations, and deeper engagement for those ready to level up.
