Smart Shoulders: Your Upper Back, Neck, Arms, and Wrists Can Feel Amazing

Release chronic tension and stabilize your upper body joints for decades of pain-free movement.
In each of these sessions, we will learn how (and when and why) to use:
PNF and eccentric techniques from physical therapy and strength training
isometrics and isolations from dance traditions
pre-hab moves from Pilates that facilitate mobility and strength
gentle, supported postures and breathing practices that allow the body to gradually relax
These workshops are designed for students and teachers of all levels.
Cost: $125 for one day or $225 for the entire weekend; Day Yoga members will receive 15% off at the checkout.
