Who It’s For: Yoga teachers (eligible for CEUs) and dedicated students seeking deeper self-understanding
Overview
Led by Certified Ayurvedic Counselor and ERYT500, Elizabeth Hulsman, this immersive two-day training bridges the timeless wisdom of Ayurveda with the practice and teaching of yoga. Discover how the five elements and three doshas influence your body, mind, and teaching presence, and learn how to design classes, routines, and self-care practices that honor nature’s rhythms.
Through experiential learning, guided asana, and practical teaching applications, participants will leave with the tools to:
Integrate Ayurvedic energetics into class sequencing and personal practice
Align yoga, meals, and rest with the Ayurvedic daily and seasonal cycles
Understand and balance the doshas in themselves and their students
Cultivate subtle energy awareness through prana, tejas, and ojas practices
Each day blends lecture, discussion, guided movement, mindful eating, and teaching application for a holistic, embodied experience.
Cost: $325 if paid and registered by July 4th; $350 thereafter.
*There is a $25 non-refundable deposit built into the cost of this workshop. There will be no refunds within 14 start days of the workshop.
