From: 9:00 am - 4:00 pm
We are all connected to the moon and the energies of each phase of the lunar cycle can inform our teaching and personal yoga practices in profound ways.
In this workshop with Emily, we will spend the weekend exploring and experiencing ways to incorporate inspiration from the lunar cycle into our teaching practice.
Throughout the weekend, Emily will guide us in an experiential exploration and discussion of the lunar cycle and our connection to it, the energies of the moon, and the tools that we can use to help our students and ourselves connect to the moon.
You will have the opportunity to practice working with the energies of the lunar cycle and reflect on how these might be used in your personal practice and teaching practice.
You will explore, practice, and develop various methods for designing your own class/workshop incorporating the energies of the lunar cycle that inspire you to bring into your personal yoga practice and/or the yoga practices you offer as a teacher.
All students are welcome. Some prior yoga experience may be helpful, but your interest and an open heart and mind is all that is needed.
