• A 30-minute educational talk to help you understand pelvic floor health. You’ll learn what’s normal, what’s not, and what you can do about it.
• A 60-minute beginner-friendly movement practice that combines yoga, Pilates, and evidence-based pelvic floor techniques.
• Practical tools you can use to strengthen and relax your pelvic floor for lasting results.
This workshop is gentle and empowering. It is open to all levels, and no previous yoga or Pilates experience is required.
