If you've always wanted to run but never thought you could, this is the time. This four week walk-run series incorporates two great things that go great together- yoga and running. Yogis will meet at Day Yoga studio to get ready to walk and run outside for thirty minutes, ending back at Day Yoga Studio for a yoga practice geared towards recovery from your run. As you progress through the series, you'll walk less and run more. Your fellow yogis will cheer you on and keep you motivated during each session and you'll be encouraged to push yourself through each run.
In case of heavy rain, there will be yoga practice instead.
